TRANSITION SERVICES
YouthBuild Philadelphia is focused on preparing students for postsecondary opportunities in education and employment and look forward to the success of our alumni after graduation!
Transition Services staff support students to access postsecondary opportunities and then provides intensive support to alumni in education and employment for one year after graduation.
Beyond one year after graduation, alumni are invited to connect with us on Facebook (send your friend request to YouthBuild Philly-Alumni) where you can receive invitations to special events, such as Homecoming, for alumni.
Alumni seeking assistance with employment, education or other support services (referrals for housing, childcare, etc) are encouraged to contact our partner, LIFT Philadelphia.

Alumni can request documentation from YouthBuild through the electronic links below. Please note that all requests are required electronically and are generally processed within two to five business days; original diploma replacement requests take up to six weeks to complete. Alumni Interested in Supporting YouthBuild
As an alumni, you may be able to help current students and the future of the organization in a unique capacity. Each alumnus has developed a network of individuals and you may be able to:
- Volunteer at YouthBuild or Service Events
- Recruit Applicants for Next Year's Class
- Connect Current Students to Internships or Jobs
- Join Alumni Council
