OUR PROGRAM

YouthBuild Philadelphia’s program includes a diploma track, vocational training  - in construction, technology and healthcare -  and community service. In addition, the school provides students with resources and support systems to maneuver the program, develop a sense of empowerment, and transition to full-time jobs and post-secondary educational and training programs.

Enrollment and Duration
YouthBuild Philadelphia enrolls approximately 210-220 students for each program year. Participants are divided into two groups that spend alternate six-week sessions in the classroom and on the worksite. Students complete the program in 12-15 months.
